Help us fight to put a stop to SIDS by participating in the second annual “Shoot for Sammi” golf outing.

We have teamed with First Candle and The SIDS Center of Indiana. All
monies raised will support SIDS research and education in an effort to help
eliminate this horrible thief of life!

On Thursday, August 26, 2010 at River Glen Country Club, you can help us Shoot fore Sammi!

Here is how we need your help:

Play

Put together a foursome and play. Greens fees with cart: $500.00 per foursome or $150.00 per individual. Add a hole sponsorship to any foursome for $100.00.

The format will be a shotgun start at 12:30 on August 26th at River Glen Country Club, 12010 Clubhouse Drive, Fishers,IN, 46038, with a silent auction and box lunch prior to outing. To download the registration form, click here.

Join us at Arni’s Restaurant for dinner on July 29 and bring this coupon and 20% of your dine-in or carry out order will benefit Shoot for Sammi 2010 and SIDS Center of Indiana.

Running For Sammi

Join John and Jennifer Lynch as they run the Twin Cities Marathon on October 3rd to help raise money for Shoot Fore Sammi and the fight against SIDS. Whether you can donate a little or a lot, anything will help to aid in additional research to eliminate this thief of young lives. Please do what you can to support our cause.
